Yes. Seeing your website and downloading it cost nothing. You pay only if you want us to host it and add tools such as bookings or a lead inbox, and you can cancel at any time.

Use the form on the home page. Paste a link to anything that describes your business, or just type its name. We build your site and email you a private preview link.

A hosted preview is available for 7 days. After that the preview link expires, but your download never does. If you still have the download email, you can keep and host those files forever. If you have lost it, email us and we will resend your files.

Yes. The files are yours. Download them and host them anywhere you like, with any provider. We will not stop you and there is nothing to cancel.

Your site uses either photos you provided or licensed stock photography. When you download your site, the files you provided are yours. Where stock images were used, we will tell you the licence so you can keep using them.

Send your change as a message in your dashboard chat, or on WhatsApp if you prefer. Write it the way you would say it, for example "make the phone number bigger and add Saturday opening hours". We do the work and show you a preview.

An edit session is one grouped change request — as many items as you like — including preview and approval. If we get something wrong or a change does not stick, retries and fixes never count against you.

On the Care plan you get two AI edit sessions per month. On Put it to work, editing is unlimited under fair use. On the free plan you can still download and edit the files yourself.

Yes. Your download is a standard website, so you or any developer can edit and host it. If you edit outside Mocally we can no longer support those changes, but you are free to do it.

Tell us the domain you want to use. We connect it, set up SSL and take care of the technical records. Your site then loads securely at your own address, for example yourbusiness.co.uk.

Yes. Hosted sites are backed up automatically, so we can restore an earlier version if something goes wrong.

You keep the files — download them at any time. If hosting lapses, your site stops being served from our hosting after the billing period ends. There is no lock-in: take your download and move to any host.

Every site ships with the technical SEO done: fast pages, structured data for your business and a sitemap. We make it readable by search engines and AI tools. Ranking also depends on your content and your Google Business Profile, which we help you claim.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your downloaded files.

There is a one-time setup of $199 covering domain connection, Google Business Profile claim and your first round of corrections. It is waived on annual plans.

If we have not been able to deliver what was agreed, contact us and we will put it right or refund the affected period. Because the website is free to download, payments for hosting and tools cover the time already served.
